recent empties

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve done my last roundup of empties and I have tried (& loved) so many new products over the past few months. This roundup contains everything from hair, body and skin to makeup products. There are sooo many goodies in this post so get ready! I’ve linked all the products I can here if you are interested in shopping.

Coco Peptide Damage Care Shampoo & Conditioner – I was really happy with this shampoo and conditioner, I felt like it really nourished my hair and I loved that it had a light coconut scent without being overpowering. I will absolutely purchase this shampoo and conditioner again!

Native Coconut & Vanilla Deodorant – If you’ve been following along for a while you would know I have been using this deodorant for years. As much as I love it (it smells delicious if you haven’t smelled it before) I feel like I run out of this product so quickly. I like that it is a more natural option but this one is just getting so expensive I might need to look at a new option.

Flamingo Shave Gel – I’ve been using this shaving gel for probably over a year now. I liked the simplicity of the packaging and I have just stuck with it ever since. I don’t love the smell but I don’t find that it lingers and it feels moisturizing so I continue to purchase it.

Ultra Repair Cream Pink Grapefruit – This stuff is INCREDIBLE! I love pretty much anything that First Aid Beauty makes but this might be one of my favourites. I think this might have been a Holiday special last year, but if it is available again next year I will absolutely be picking a few up. It is so moisturizing and smells absolutely incredible.

Organic Tan Studio Foaming Body Wash – This smells incredible it is the perfect summer scent, and I love the pump on it. This is another product that I will definitely purchase again!

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Firming Butter – I love love love this body lotion, it goes on so smoothly and is not at all tacky. I also love that it smells like cocoa butter. I have purchased so many of these and will continue to keep it in my rotation.

Versed Gel Cleanser – I really loved this gel cleanser, it didn’t have a strong fragrance to it, and it didn’t dry my skin out. I will absolutely purchase this cleanser again.

Tula Protect + Glow – This is my absolute favourite sunscreen! It leaves such a lovely glow on my skin and I feel like it really protects me from the sun. I use it year-round and will continue to repurchase it.

Venus Hair & Skin Softening Oil – I have been on a mission to try and find the best solution to prevent ingrown hairs. I think I needed to use this more consistently than I did but it did feel like my skin was softer once applying.

Three Ships Dew Drops – This stuff is absolutely amazing. I have truly felt like my skin had never been glowier than when I was using this every morning. The other thing I loved about this serum is that it didn’t pill at all when I applied other products on top of it.

Ultra Repair Cream – A few more First Aid Beauty favourites and recent empties. These are my favourite hand creams. I feel like they are really soothing on my eczema and it isn’t sticky at all so I can apply it and carry on with my day without needing to let it dry. These two were both a part of the holiday collection last year but they still sell them online!

Honest Gentle Gel Cleanser – This is another gel cleanser I recently finished. up that is great. I love that Honest products are EWG verified so I can feel good about using them. While this had a mild fragrance, I didn’t find it to be harsh at all. It is another non-drying cleanser and another product I would happily repurchase.

Eucerin Complete Repair – This was a really softening hand lotion & I really liked that it didn’t have any fragrance to it. With that being said I didn’t feel like it gave me lasting moisture.

Covergirl Clean Fresh Skin Milk – This is a really nice lightweight foundation. It blends into my skin really well while giving very mild coverage. I restocked this before I ran out of this one.

Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip – This is the only lip gloss I use anymore. It adds the perfect shine without being sticky and there are so many great colour options. I have a wide selection of shades at this point, but the rose shade is my favourite!

Essie Gel Couture in Sheer Fantasy – This is the nail polish I have on 95% of the time. The Essie Gel Couture is by far my favourite type of nail polish because it lasts so well while still being easy to remove, and this colour is the perfect pinky neutral for me.

Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer – I don’t even want to know how old this bronzer is, it has lasted so well over the years and is such a pretty colour at a great price point. I have a couple other bronzers from Physicans formula on the go at the moment but this is a tried and true!

Antipodes Baptise Moisturizer – When I saw this formula I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about it but I have to say, I am so impressed. While I typically like something a bit thicker, this gel formula makes my skin glow like no moisturizer I have ever tried before. I felt like I didn’t experience any breakouts while I was using it either. This is absolutely a product I will use again.

Evanhealy Lip Balm – This is my favourite stick lip balm at the moment and has been for about a year and a half now. I’ve gotten multiple friends and family members hooked on it too. It is such a nice formula and I love that it is a bit of an oversized stick. While it isn’t great for the summer months because it melts, I will be repurchasing for the fall.

Wow, I know that was a bit of a long one, but I hope you found this helpful if you had been looking at any of these products. In the spirit of transparency, some of these products have been gifted to me, however, this post is in no way sponsored and all opinions are 100% my own.

If you have also used any of these products, I would love to hear your thoughts!

XO Cassidy Hannah
