Hi friends! I’ve been on a mission lately too mix up my work from home lunches every to keep things fun and interesting. I do my best to have a good amount of protein with every meal & try to make some well balanced meals. So if you are looking for some quick & easy meal ideas for lunch, let’s get into it!

Chicken Salad: spinach, brown rice, shredded carrot & breaded chicken. I actually made the chicken from scratch this day but it would be really easy to buy store bought chicken and airfry (this is what I usually do but I was out).

Peanut Butter & Honey wrap + Carrots – I also had a little Premier Protein drink on the side this day to fill me up a bit more.

Falafel Salad: mixed greens, tomato, feta, dried cranberries & TJ’s mini dill falafel bites.

Breakfast Sandwich: scrambled egg, bacon bits & cheddar cheese on an O’Doughs bagel thin

Kale Salad + Plain Siggis Yogurt w/ Honey
I had so much fun putting this post together and trying out a bunch of different meal options. I will definitely make more of these if y’all are interested. And, if you have any meal ideas you think I should try out be sure to let me know in the comments!
