It has been so long since I’ve posted one of these and I know I’m so late to the game for January favourites (and now February favourites too) but I really want to get back to the regular posting so despite being late, I’m here and plan on getting one of these up every month in 2025.
For those of you who are new around here, for the past few years I’ve been posting monthly favourites on here rounding up the top 5 products that I reached for or loved the most in a month. Sometimes they are new favourites and other times I just feel like something I’ve loved for a long time deserves a little shout out – either way they are never sponsored and always things I absolutely love! So now that we have that out of the way, let’s jump into the favourites for January.

I have been doing a ton of travelling lately and it is just the beginning of a crazy travel year ahead and this suitcase has been my ride or die. I’ve had it for coming up on two years now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I feel like for being as small as it is, I can fit a ton inside it, I think it is so sleek looking and it glides seamlessly. I will definitely be a Monos suitcase girl from here on out and plan on getting a checked bag from them soon. Plus I was so excited to see that they recently became a B Corp Certified company.

CRZ Yoga Ultra High Waisted Leggings
I’m currently about a month into 75 Hard right now so I’ve been wearing a lot of activewear lately and these have by far been my most reached for leggings. They are so buttery soft and I love how high waisted they are. No matter what workout I’m in the middle of they stay up so well. I will definitely be getting these in more colors.

As I mentioned, I’m currently doing 75 Hard right now and for the “diet” portion of the challenge I’m ensuring I consume at least 100g of protein a day. This collagen is great because it has 9g of protein in it so it makes a really easy addition to whatever I’m eating. I’ve put it in my coffee, smoothies, oatmeal and even in Mac and cheese. I love that it is a Canadian company too!

101 Essays That Will Change the Way You Think
This was my recent non-fiction read and I absolutely loved it. For 75 Hard I’m reading 10 pages of nonfiction and this was the perfect book for that. Some of the essays weren’t my favourite but overall it was a great book and I found myself regularly flagging pages for things I’d want to circle back to.
I’m training for a half marathon right now and this (FREE!) app has been such a game changer. Over the past 7 or so years I’ve run on and off but usually nothing over 10km so running longer distances has been a bit challenging to get used to doing and having guided runs has made it so much easier. There are definitely a few improvements I would love to see them make but it has still been a favourite!
Thank you so much for being here and taking the time to read this post! With the month coming to a close, I’ll be back very soon with my February favourites. Until next time!
