Hi Friends! Today is officially the last day of the Sephora sale (Monday, April 15th) and I want to make sure to let you know about some of my favourites & must have’s if you aren’t following me over on Instagram. I’ve shared some posts about what I ordered & some of my favourites that I already have that are a part of this sale incase you are looking for any inspiration for a last minute purchase.
Let’s start off with the order that I actually placed this year. I tried to keep things pretty simple and just pick up what I needed, but I did pick up a couple new things that had been on my wishlist.
I shared a bunch of favourites which you can find here, but if you’re not interested in watching a video and would rather read, I’ll share my top 10 products I recommend that weren’t in my order this year.
- Tula 24-7 Moisturizer : This has been a favourite of mine for so long now, I find it to be the perfect ultra moisturizing moisturizer without feeling too heavy. If you know me I am a huge Tula fan and this is definitely one of my favourite products they make.
- Nars Light Reflecting Advanced Skincare Foundation: I picked up this foundation a few months ago and I have been nothing but impressed. The shade match was incredible, I don’t feel like it oxidizes on my skin at all and it gives the perfect blurring effect to my skin without looking heavy. I truly find that this product keeps looking better the longer I wear it and I have absolutely zero complaints.
- Paula’s Choice BHA Liquid Exfoliant: This has been by far the best exfoliant I’ve ever used. It really helps with clogged pores around my chin and I love incorporating it into my routine when my skin is feeling really textured. It doesn’t try me out at all and I truly never want to be without this product.
- ILIA Mascara: As I told my best friend last week, I’m not sure what would ever get me to branch away from this mascara. It wears so well, never smudges but also isn’t impossible to get off. It gives my lashes great length and I love how buildable of a product it is.
- Ginzing Brightening Eye Cream: This is my go to daytime eye cream. It’s got a pearly finish to it which helps brighten under my eyes so well and I love how smooth of an application it has. This is another must have for me!
- Moroccan Oil Dry Shampoo: I can’t tell you how many dry shampoo’s I tried before finding this one. They have two shades, a blonde and a brunette option (I like the blonde for my hair) and it applies so nicely. It has a not-even there finish
- First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream: This product is an essential for me, my skin can be so sensitive at times and will occasionally suffer from eczema and this lotion is the only thing that my skin can handle. I use it on my face and body.
- Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Set: I love a Maracuja Juicy lip and this set makes a more affordable price. I love the hibiscus colour and the rose (this is a rose shimmer which I haven’t tried but I’m sure is beautiful).
- Rare Beauty Blush (Happy): I truly think this product will last forever, a little goes such a long way and it is such a beautiful colour. It is absolute perfection!
- Olaplex Bonding Oil: This is such a great and lightweight oil. It doesn’t weigh down my hair but adds so much moisture and shine to my hair.
