GF BANANA BREAD

Banana bread has always been one of my favourite foods, it makes the perfect snack, breakfast and even desert. After making if for years and years I’ve finally settled on a recipe I absolutely love and wanted to share with y’all.

Ingredients:

– 1 & 3/4 Cups GF All Purpose Flours (TJ’s as always)

– 1/2 Cup Soft Butter

– 1 Cup Mashed Banana (I defrost frozen bananas)

– 2 Eggs

– 1/3 Cup Buttermilk

– 1 Cup White Sugar

– 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

– 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

Blend wet ingredients and sugar, once fully combined mix in flour and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into prepared bread pan, I really like using an avocado oil spray on my pan because it doesn’t leave any flavour but it keeps the loaf from sticking. I like to sprinkle the top of my loaf with brown sugar and pecan bits, but this is completely optional.

Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, let cool and remove from the pan.
