Hello again! Sorry that this post is going up so late but here it is & there will be another up tomorrow.
Being the coffee lover that I am I love trying new coffee creamers and generally I try and find non-dairy ones that are a little bit of a healthier option. Overtime I have been finding ones that I love & others that I didn’t love so much so today I am sharing my thoughts with you.
Califia Farms Hazelnut Coconut Cream & Almondmilk Creamer
This was unfortunatley one of my least favourite creamers that I have tried lately. It had a little bit of an odd texture to it which was made especially apparent in iced coffee which is what I usually drink.
This creamer however did have the cleanest ingredients of any that I have tried. I also love that there is no sugar and only 15 calories / 2 tbsp.
Silk Dairy-Free Soy Creamer Vanilla
This creamer definitely has one of the best flavours that I have had! Using this I can easily make the closest thing I’ve ever made at home to a Vanilla latte.
Unfortunatley the ingredients aren’t as natural in this creamer and it is definitely higher calorie with 60 calories / 2 tbsp. and 6 grams of sugar.
Despite this creamer not being as “healthy” I think it is worth it & still definitely lower calorie than purchasing a vanilla latte.
Ripple Vanilla Flavoured Half & Half
I thought that this creamer had a nice flavour as well but similarly to the Califa Farms option it had a bit of a grainy texture when added to iced coffee.
This option has more natural ingredients, 2 grams of sugar and 45 calories / 2 tbsp.
Silk Almond Cremer Hazelnut Flavour
This is my favourite creamer I have found to date! The Hazelnut flavour is sweet and creamy and is a very seasonal flavour to me. As much as I love this creamer I generally like to save it for the winter!
The ingredients aren’t too bad and this creamer has 30 calories / 2 tbsp. and 6 grams of sugar.
Trader Joe’s Soy Milk Creamer
This creamer is my go-to day to day creamer. It has the creamiest flavour out of all the ones I have tried and is lightly sweetened. There is a definite soy flavour to this product but I got used to it really quickly and have grown to really like it.
The ingredients for this creamer aren’t too bad either & it contains 2 grams of sugar and 30 calories / 2 tbsp.
Let me know if you have tried any of these out or if you have other recommendations for me to try out!
