In honour of today being my nineteenth birthday, I thought it might be a fun time to share 19 things about myself that you might not already know about me!
1. My grandma has always called me Cassidy Hannah hence where the name of this blog came from
2. I am a second-year university student at The University of Victoria studying economics with a minor in business
3. I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years, my favourite event was the 50 freestyle
4. My favourite TV is Gilmore Girls – I watched the entire thing 5 times through
5. I’ve only ever lived in Seattle & Victoria and will ALWAYS be a PNW girl
6. Spain, Grece and Italy are the top 3 countries on my travel bucket list
7. I’m a big reader – it’s always my goal to read at least 24 books a year but I used to be able to read up to 70 books in a year
8. I am a big coffee lover – I would drink it all day every day if I could. As of lately, I’ve been loving Hazelnut Lattes they’re perfect for fall
9. When I was younger I wanted to be an interior designer & have always been so excited to live on my own because I can’t wait to decorate my own space
10. I cannot watch scary movies – and will consider many more movies scary than most people would
11. I’m a big country music gal – I always feel like there is a country song for every occasion
12. I have celiac disease and was diagnosed 14 years ago!
13. Thirteen has been my number since I was about 10 years old and became OBSESSED with Taylor Swift
14. I have been to 7 states (Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, Texas & Florida) but going to all 50 states is on my bucket list
15. I’m a sucker for anything cheesy – especially if it’s holiday-themed
16. I started my blog in grade 12 because I loved taking pictures and writing, but I didn’t tell people about it for almost a year
17. I’m scared of airplanes, bridges & earthquakes
18. My perfect cozy day is spent listening to the rain or watching the snowfall
19. Even though I’m not a big fan of being cold I LOVE living somewhere with all four seasons and can’t ever choose a favourite season
