hi there friends! I hope you have had an amazing start to your new year. As always I want to continue spotlighting 5 things I absolutely loved from the month. So let’s get into my first favourites from 2023…
Blume Matcha Coconut Blend – I have been living my life thinking I was a matcha hater until I tried this. This has become my new morning drink, I froth it with milk & a bit of honey and it is perfect. I’ve already ordered more!
Vintage Cola Ollipop – Big drink month for me apparently. As y’all know I love my Poppi drinks but I wanted to try another prebiotic option so I picked up a couple of the Ollipops last time I was in the states and I loved the vintage cola flavour. They do have caffeine, so I can’t have them as my fun dinner drink, but it makes for a nice early afternoon pick-me-up.
The Five Minute Journal – My sweet friend bought this for me and it has been such a game-changer! I decided to start it on the first day of the year and it has been wonderful. I love that I start and end every day looking for the good. I truly feel like it has shifted my day-to-day mindset in such a positive way.
Barre Class – This is a recent favourite but I’ve started going to Barre classes and am having so much fun. Not only are they a great workout, I feel like the time just flies by. If you’re also in Victoria I’ve been going to BarreMade & it has been such an incredible experience!
Ultra Repair Cream First Snow – I already knew I loved how the Ultra Repair Cream felt (think soft, not sticky, doesn’t leave a gross residue) and when I ordered the first snow scent I really had no idea what I was getting myself into. I still don’t know how to describe it, it is sweet without being overpowering and I am absolutely loving it.
I am very excited to share that I am finally back onto a consistent posting routine & have had my Sunday posts go up every week so far this new year. I’m excited to be back on track and would love to know if there are any posts that you are wanting to read!
