GLUTEN FREE MONSTER COOKIES

Hello & welcome back to another baking post! I haven’t made one of these in a while but they’re so fun for me to make and I love sharing new recipes with y’all! Today’s recipe is for gluten free monster cookies filled with just about everything you could want!

The Ingredients:

1 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons hot water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1.5 cups gluten free all purpose flour ( I like the trader joes one best!)

1.5 gluten free rolled oats

1.5 cups chocolate chips

1.5 cups raisins

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine ingredients in the order listed, (mix hotter and baking soda together before adding to mixture)

3. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto baking tray covered in parchment paper

4. Bake for 13 minutes, or until browning begins (sometimes cookies still look soft in the middle, they will firm up as they cool)

5. Cool on tray for ~5 minutes before transferring to another plate/tray
