Hey there, thanks for being here!
In an effort to be less wasteful this year I made it one of my new years resolutions to start using up all the skincare products I buy before buying anything new to try. I thought today I would share a review of the products I have finished up to let you know what I will definitely be re-purchasing and the other products that I didn’t think were worth it. Be sure to let me know if you have used any of these products as well, I’d love to here your thoughts.

Georgette Klinger Honey Cleansing Gel
This might be one of my favourite cleansers I have ever used. It was so gentle and didn’t dry my skin out at all. Despite being really gentle it did a great job taking off my makeup. The fragrance was was really nice and calming and I really appreciated that the scent didn’t linger too long. Despite being a little bit more expensive then cleansers that I typically buy, it lasted a long time and a little bit went a long ways. I really loved this cleanser, definitely plan on repurchasing it and would love to try out some more Georgette Klinger products as well now.

Clinique Moisture Surge Moisturizer
I thought this was a really great moisturizer, for the size that you get it is pretty expensive, but I love that the product is completely unscented and really gentle on my skin. My skin always looked really glowy and dewy after using it and I used it day and night. Despite being small it did last me a good amount of time.

Dr. Dennis Gross Stress Repair Face Cream
This is my favourite moisturizer of all time. It did wonders for my skin and felt incredible. I saw a big difference in redness in my skin when I used this product. It was definitely a very expensive product for me but I truly think it was so worth it and it is definitely a product I plan on repurchasing for my skincare collection.

Kate Somerville ExfoliKate
This is another pricer product for me but I think its another essential and have already repurchased a new one! It isn’t something I use every day, nor is it something you need much of so it lasts a long time (I believe this one lasted me over a year!) Having a good chemical exfoliating treatment helps my skin stay so smooth and I would highly recommend this one to anyone looking to try a new one. I was able to find my 2nd bottle on sale at Ulta so I would recommend keeping your eyes out for a sale on it.
So far I am thrilled with all the products I have used up this year and am really excited to keep sharing more with you. You can shop these products HERE if you are interested in trying some of my favourites!
Let me know what you have used up so far this year and if you plan on repurchasing it! I think that finishing products off is not only a great way of being more sustainable, but also fun because you get to establish favourites & make way for new products.
