Hi friends! If you’re new around here, back in 2020 I started making empties posts to hold myself accountable for actually using up products. It became a really fun way for me to share my very honest thoughts on products as well.
It has been a while since I posted one of these, if you want to see my other 2022 empties post you can check it out here. In the meantime, I have lots of goodies to share with you today. I’ll be honest, these products were all finished late summer before things in my life took a turn, more on that later. But that means you’ll likely be seeing two empties posts back to back as there’s a lot that has been finished up since these products became empties.

Garnier Hyalu-Melon Smoothing Milky Wash – If you’ve been following along for a long time you know that this was a long-term favourite of mine. I used it for a long time and while I do love it, I have decided to try out some new products lately.

Frank Body Clean Body Wash – This is an essential for me, I have now since re-purchased it twice! I really love that it is a clean body wash and that it is completely unscented. I’m trying to be conscious of the products I’m putting on my body and this is a switch I’m so happy I’ve made.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream – I really loved this hand lotion, I found it so moisturizing and it never left my hands feeling sticky. I actually just picked up some of their holiday kinds so I’m excited to be using it again.

Physicians Formula Skin Mist – I really loved this skin mist. I don’t wear foundation often, but when I do I always like to have some kind of spray to set my face with. This one smelled so good without being a harsh scent and I found that it made my skin so glowy. I have quite a few sprays on the go right now but I would definitely re-purchase this one.

Palmers Firming Butter – I’ll be honest, I don’t think I used this product consistently enough to see any difference at all but I can say that I enjoyed the product regardless. It had a nice shea butter scent to it that wasn’t too harsh and I really appreciated that it was a really thick-feeling moisturizer. My only wish was that it didn’t have artificial fragrance it in because I’m trying to make that switch.

VERB Ghost Oil – In my opinion, this is a great hair oil option for the price point. It is a little bit thicker than some other options that I have tried but still works great.

Renewed Hope in a Jar – I really love how this moisturizer feels but I just really wish it was unscented. I personally don’t like putting products on my face that have a strong fragrance (or really any at all) so I didn’t reach for this one very much.

Maria Nila Dry Shampoo – This is the only spray dry shampoo that I use and it works so amazing! I can make my hair last over a week between washes because of this product.

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion – If you’ve been following along for a while you would know that this product has been essential for me for years. I’ve decided to take a break from using it for a while as I am allergic to gluten and this does have oats in it and I want to see if not using it anymore made any difference for me.

Derma-E Scalp Relief Treatment – This stuff is amazing! I find that my scalp will feel really dry sometimes and I love the difference that this makes. It has a slight tingly sensation that I love. This product is one that I keep repurchasing!

The Ordinary Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil – Not only is the price point for this product great, I loved it! I have gotten into using my gua-sha on a more regular basis and this is one of the oils that I will use for that. I have never felt like it was clogging my pores and it doesn’t have a harsh fragrance either.

L’oreal True Match Super Blendable Foundation – This is my favourite foundation that I have ever used! I find that it blends into my skin the most seamlessly and can give very natural coverage. This is a product I restocked immediately.

Sol Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream – Okay y’all probably know this already but this product smells SO good. With that being said, I find it so pricey that I never end up wanting to use it. There are a lot of other body lotions that I love that I will buy over this one.

Tula Super Soothe Calming Moisturizer – HOLY GRAIL! I don’t know how many of these I have gone through at this point, but I always have one on the go. Anytime my skin flares up at all this is always my go-to, it truly does a great job soothing my skin.

Vaseline Cocoa Butter Lip Therapy – This is a great an affordable lip option. I love the cocoa butter scent and that you can put it on like a mask. With that being said, I would love if they sold one of these in a tube so I didn’t have to use my finger to put it on.
Those were all my most recent empties. If you have used any of these items I would love to know your thoughts on them!
